I have been embracing red when possible and enjoyed wearing this red and navy striped dress last weekend with nude sandals. Amidst the upcoming political season, it may look somewhat patriotic but that merely a coincidence. It seemed to garner many compliments and is very comfortable. This photo was taken right outside Lincoln Center with my Iphone. Although I had my new Nikon with me, this was very impromptu. I will admit that after losing my Ray Bans I only have one pair of sunglasses and these red Prada were just right. Just a little red every day! My favorite accessory.

Autumn is just upon us now with cooler evenings and I can not help but relish the last few weeks wearing sandals.  Although a pair of navy sandals and pumps have been on the agenda, a nude heel always works. (I forsee some navy pumps being featured soon!) These Cantini and Cantini sandals I posted in May have been the most versatile shoe I can imagine. Also, a true testament of how valuable a moderate platform is for comfort.
